In the house next door
there's a family of four
I think the mom and dad used to be in love
but they aren't anymore
I hear them every day
THe angry words they say
And I wonder how much yellin and screamin those two litte kids can take
I can't imagine growing up in such a cloudy

There's no dinner time
THere's no neighborhood walks
And their daddy doesn't always come straight home from work
when he gets off
when he finally does
the voices fire like guns
and it's more like a battle or a way
then any kind of love
